Following the ostensibly resolved certificate scandal that rocked a Kogi West lawmaker Dino Melaye, Nigerians have dug into the minimum requirement for the occupation of a seat at the senate.
With a dubious Third Class Degree in Geography by Senator Dino Melaye, the vocal All Progressives Congress chieftain is legitimately fit the bill to possess the position of the Kogi West Senatorial District delegate.
The position agreeing area 65 sub-segment 2 of the 1999 Nigerian constitution expresses that;
(a) he has been taught up to at any rate School Certificate level or comparable and
(b) he is an individual from a political gathering and is supported by that gathering.
On this note, Mr. Melaye is more met all requirements to involve the position with no of his higher establishment degrees.
