Tragedy: As baby with 18 others executed in Edo car collision

NO less than 19 people, including a newborn child and three kids, have been slaughtered in a deadly street mishap at Igoneki in Uhunmwode Local Government Area of Edo State. 

The episode was said to have happened on Isi street, off the Benin-Agbor street at around 5pm on Thursday. 

It was assembled that catastrophe struck when a business transport, stamped ABD 206XA and enroute Auchi, had a head-on crash with a truck loaded down with domesticated animals to Benin. 

Sixteen travelers were said to have passed on the spot as the transport was extremely destroyed, while eight others supported differing degrees of wounds. 

It was, in any case, learnt that three of them later kicked the bucket in a healing center. 

A source in the territory, who did not have any desire to be specified, said that a portion of the perished involved a family going for Eid-el-Kabir festivities.
