Submission Requirements
- Articles must be original, plagiarism-free and not previously published elsewhere unless this is disclosed and agreed with our editorial team.
- As a general guide, contributed articles should be around 800–1,500 words, although quality and completeness matter more than a fixed word count.
- Factual claims, statistics, deadlines and research findings should be supported by reliable sources.
- Use clear headings, readable paragraphs and a logical structure.
- Content should provide genuine reader value rather than serve primarily as promotion.
- Scams, misleading claims, fabricated information and spammy or irrelevant links will be rejected.
- External links are subject to editorial review. Submission does not guarantee publication or a dofollow backlink.

How to Submit
You may send a concise article pitch or a completed draft to info@africanbase.com.ng.
Please include:
- Your proposed headline or topic
- A short author biography (2–3 lines)
- Your relevant professional or organisational affiliation, where applicable
- Your website or professional social profile, if relevant
- Any relevant images, together with appropriate usage rights or credit information
- Disclosure of any commercial relationship connected with the submission
We normally aim to review submissions within 5–7 business days. Publication is not guaranteed, and we may request revisions before accepting an article.
